All users can reset their own password from the login screen. In the event they are unable to reset their password in this way, the below step will guide you on how you can do this from the Admin console.
Navigate to the list of users by selecting Users on the left-hand side menu.
Find the user in the list by using the group filter and/or the search bar and click on the user's name (in this example, Bettina Susan) to access their user profile.
Click on the Reset password option (located next to the Save changes option in the top right-hand corner.
A pop-up window will appear, click on Reset password again to confirm.
Once completed, another window will pop up to confirm an email has been sent to the user to reset their password.
The user will then receive an email prompting them to create a new password.
