All users can reset their own passwords from the login screen. In the event they are unable to reset their password in this way, the below step will guide you on how you can do this from the Admin console.
Navigate to the list of users by clicking the Users tab on the left-hand side menu. You could then find the user in the list by using the group filter option and/or search the user on the search bar and click on the user's name or email to access their user profile.
You could then click on the Reset Password Option in the top right corner and a pop-up will appear asking to confirm the password reset. Once confirmed, you will see a message that a password reset link has been sent.
The user will then receive an email prompting them to create a new password.
