The logo is an important feature of the account profile as it is used to feature in your communications (e.g. emails) as well as on the SkoolBag app to help users identify who is sending them content.

Follow the below to learn how to update the logo:

Step 1

In the bottom left-hand corner of the Console, navigate to the Settings (cogwheel) icon located next to the account name. This will direct you to the Organisation page.

Step 2

Located underneath the subheading Branding, hover over the current logo, a trash can icon will appear. Select the icon to delete the current logo. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the logo deletion. Select Delete Logo to confirm.

Step 3

Where the logo was located, click on select to upload. A window will pop up prompting you to select a file from the computer. Find and select the new logo to upload it. Once it's complete, it will appear on the page.

Note:

  • There is also an option to drag and drop the logo instead of clicking on select to upload.

  • File must not exceed 1MB in size.

  • Only PNG files will be accepted.
