How to save as a draft?
When creating a post, select to 'Save Draft'. This will save a copy of your post.
How to find draft posts?
Select 'Posts' from the left-hand side menu, and sort by 'Status', to easily see posts which are saved as drafts. Read more about Sorting Posts.
