When creating a new post, you have the ability to schedule the post or publish it straight away.
Each post will have a status to tell help identify whether or not they have been sent already. To see that status of a post, follow the below steps.

Step 1
Navigate to Post using your left hand side menu to open the Post page.
Step 2
The posts will be displayed as list items, the third column "Status" will show the status of each post as below:
Published: this post is visible in the app and/or the email has been sent.
Scheduled: this post has not yet been shared in the app by push notification or by email. However, it is scheduled to be published at a certain date and time and users will be notified when it is published at the scheduled date and time.
